Shipping policy

COVID-19

We are currently using a print-on-demand service to limit the points of contact on merchandise; as such, there may be delays in manufacturing and/or shipping due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, we can not guarantee shipping or fulfillment by a certain time. It is recommended that you order by Dec. 1st if you're hoping to receive items before Christmas.

CUSTOMS

Due to issues with availability and product sourcing, we are not able to include customs fees in our prices as we cannot predict where the supplier will source them from if impacted by supply-chain issues during the pandemic. As a result, any customs/duties fees applicable are, for the time being, extra, and the responsibility of the customer.

Once the pandemic is over, we will update this policy.
